The educational and job
training programs are funded through the Workforce Investment Act (W.I.A.).
There is no charge for these programs, but unfortunately, not
everyone who applies is able to participate due to limited federal
funding.
Enrollment is determined by several
factors such as:

· Identified
need

Past Work History
· Income
