The Yuma Private Industry Council's Basic Education Program provides classroom instruction in educational areas for a customer to function effectively in and out of the workplace. The basic education services for customers enrolled in YPIC programs include Adult Basic Education (ABE),

General Education Development (GED) preparation, and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. These classes are offered through YPIC's Education Opportunity Center (EOC) at our provider locations.
