The Yuma Private Industry Council provides a variety of services for job seekers and employers. YPIC specializes in making employee recruitment easier and more cost effective for businesses in our community. We offer a wide range of services to assist you in the hiring process. Recruitment services are designed to match qualified candidates to specific job openings. Below is a listing of the various services provided to new, and existing employers.

Basic application pre-screening

Applications screened for completeness.
Applicants screened to meet minimum qualifications.
Customized Screening services available (fee for service).

On-The-Job Training reimbursement

Applicants enrolled into WIA programs.
Employer reimbursed-subsidized employment contract.

Organized by YPIC

Marketing & Advertising

Marketing and advertising services are provided to businesses at YPIC contracted rates.

The Yuma Private Industry Council staff will collect, screen, and refer all applicants meeting the minimum requirements for the positions listed. YPIC staff will call and schedule individual on-site interviews with employer representative and applicant. Individuals not meeting the minimum requirements will not be processed through application and interview process. Please note that asterisks denote fee’s charged
